In Jiddah, a Saudi woman went to court to file a case against her abusive husband who used to hit her. The court has rejected the case. The woman went to a higher court in Jiddah for appealing and got rejected too.

The judge has justified it by saying in the Islamic Shriy'ah Law, the husband has the right to his his wife.

Case was dismissed.
